With approaching 40 years of Insurance experience, Ian, one of the founders of The Ainley's Insurance Group has a career that includes work with some of the best in the insurance business including Eagle Star and London and Edinburgh. Ian co-founded Ainley’s Insurance Brokers in April 1991.

Geoff Otty (Huddersfield)

FCII, Chartered Insurance Broker

With almost 40 years of Insurance experience, Geoff’s expertise comes from some of the 'powerhouses' of the insurance industry including Eagle Star, J H Minet and Zurich. As a co-founder of Ainley's Insurance Brokers, Geoff, together with Ian has built a business to be proud of.

Jonathan Marsden (Huddersfield)

ACII, Chartered Insurance Broker

With 20 years Insurance experience including a high profile career with Royal & Sun Alliance, Jonathan brings a vast array of technical expertise in both commercial lines and commercial insurance. As the newest main board member, being appointed in May 2003, Jonathan’s blue chip background compliments the depth of experience at The Ainley's Insurance Group.

Stephen McKalroy (Ossett & Barnsley)

With almost 30 years of insurance experience, Steve has a wealth of experience in underwriting, Sales and Broker Account Handling. He is now the Managing Partner of our South West Operations.
